“ Sunright is one of my favorite boba tea shops in the Houston area right now. It's at a new plaza in Katy Asia town. Their bathroom is clean and they have plenty of tables and space inside for customers. They have self order kiosk is where you can scroll through their whole menu and place and order. I ordered the matcha brûlée oat latte and my dad tried the new Hokkaido red bean frostie. The matcha brûlée had a clump of crème brûlée at the bottom and around the sides with a matcha latte filling up the middle. I actually really enjoyed the drink and the matcha they use is really good quality. Plus it looks soo pretty. The red bean frostie reminds me of a Vietnamese che desert but in drink form, and sweeter. It's not that bad but there's other drinks I'd rather get instead. ”

“ Came over after visiting the cat lounge! It was rlly clean and cute in here. Not too much seating though. They have machines you can order at which is really nice. I was reallly wanting to order the grape jasmine tea or the one of the oolong options but I caved and went for fresh taro frostie instead. My sweet tooth defeated me. It definitely was a different kind of taro than at many other tea spots. Very fresh and not overly sweet. The frostie was a nice thick texture as well. My only issue was how much you have to mix the drinks. For the frostie it was SO hard to mix well. I just endured the chunks in the end. I am excited to come back and try the drinks I originally wanted lol. Also also I could not figure out what the house milk meant when I looked for more information. I did end up getting it though. Not sure if I noticed anything different about it. ”

“ My fav boba place I've visited in the last couple days!!! I got the Sunright fruit tea with lychee jelly and it didn't disappoint. It was SO good. I asked for 30% sweetness with less ice and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. The drink was refreshing on a hot summer day. Employee was super nice and store was very clean. Will def be back to try their other drinks! ”

“ I've been to so many boba shops in Katy Asian town but this one might be my new favorite one. This was my first time here so annoyingly, I took forever deciding what to order. The three employees at the counter noticed and offered me some samples. SO NICE! Not only were the employees super kind but the drink they convinced me to get was super good. ”

“ Appreciated their location was away from the more chaotic shops. You can either place an order through the kiosk or with a person at the register. Quick and convenient. Though their selection is a bit smaller than the Bubble Tea's I have at home, they don't disappoint in flavor! It was the perfect sweet treat to end the day. ”

“ This is the brûlée oat late with Ceylon tea. You should just try it! My friend recommended the Sunright fruit tea the first time I tried this place and I stuck to that until recently when I wanted to try something creamy and the brûlée oat tea was perfect. The ribbons of brûléed deliciousness woven into the tea were exactly what I was looking for. With so many boba options in the area it's so hard to compete but Sunright is definitely a winner! ”

“ Excellent hours 11am-9pm daily, plenty of parking, lots of surrounding open retail space. One restroom stall inside. Ambient sound inside can be noisy - so don't expect too much intimate convo inside. 33 persons max inside. ordering process: can be confusing because the menu is so big and there's a lot of stars for popular drinks on the menu. Even when you go on the kiosk, you may change your mind or forget when you order at the counter. ---Ordering at the counter is discouraged, they want you to order at the kiosk. Maybe i'm old and outdated, because I waited at the counter extended amount of time and nobody said anything to me, just let me stand there. I gave up and went to the kiosk. Ordered the Sunlight Boba Milk tea (selected the sweetness percentage they recommended) Ordering was probably easier and faster that way but I have questions too. It's super helpful to be able to talk to someone. sometimes it may also take ordering same drink different topping/ sweetness/ honey or brown sugar etc before getting your perfect taste right. Expect to pay $5.95/cup+ depending on what you order/ toppings etc. there's a lot of boba spots in Katy Asia town - if you're around, worth checking out/ or even ordering online. The boba is good, chewy and comes out warm - I can definitely vouch for that! ”

“ This is such a great boba place addition to Katy Asia Town! The inside is very cute, clean, and aesthetic. Plenty of large windows for natural lighting. You can either order at the counter or if you're introverted (like me), then there are kiosks available for ordering as well. It's located in a newer lot, so there is plenty of parking. Staff were friendly also. If you're a huge strawberry matcha latte lover like me, I'll tell you right now that this is definitely one of the top strawberry matcha lattes that I've tried around the Houston area. I've tried several other different boba places that offer this drink, but this has definitely got to be one of the top ones. It has just the perfect blend of the strawberry and matcha flavor. I felt like it balanced each other out really well. I didn't adjust the sweetness or ice at all. It didn't feel overly sweet. I got the brown sugar boba with it, which has the perfect consistency and added just the right amount of sweetness to the drink. The matcha milk tea is also really good. It has a great creamy blend and doesn't feel overly sweet as well. I didn't need to adjust the sweetness for it. The brown sugar boba is also a must with this drink. I definitely will make this one of my top boba places to stop by whenever I'm in Katy Asia Town. ”
